Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the shipping destination, weight, and size of the package.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping destination, weight, and size of the package. Customers can view the shipping rates during the checkout process.

  4. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 500. The minimum order amount for free shipping may vary depending on the shipping destination.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and shipping destination. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the United Arab Emirates, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

  6. Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Customers can track their order using the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

  7. Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship internationally at this time.

  8. Shipping Damage: If the package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must also provide photos of the damaged package and product.

  9. Shipping Errors: If there are any errors in the shipping address or order details, customers must contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the error before the order is shipped.

  10. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
